These terms cover use of Tour Naija’s customer app, partner app, and public website. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate account and transaction information.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure and notify us through in-app support if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate suspected fraud, or comply with law.

Listings and events

Business, event, and experience details are supplied or reviewed for publication. Organisers and partners remain responsible for the accuracy and delivery of their offerings. Check event details, venue information, age limits, accessibility, and organiser policies before purchase.

Payments and wallet

Payment options depend on availability and provider configuration. Prices and fees are shown before confirmation. Wallet funds and transaction records are maintained for payment reconciliation and applicable legal requirements. Do not submit a payment twice while an earlier payment is still being verified.

Everyday services

Service purchases are submitted to an external fulfilment provider. Delivery time and eligibility depend on the provider and the selected operator. Check the recipient number or account details before confirming. If a transaction is delayed or fails, contact support with its reference.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit false listings or reviews, interfere with transactions, or use another person’s payment or account details without permission.

Availability and changes

Features and providers may be unavailable or changed. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.

Account closure

You may request deletion through the in-app Profile option or the web deletion page. Some transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
