Request account deletion

Enter the email address on your Tour Naija customer account. We will verify that you own the account before processing a deletion request.

What happens next

We review the request, verify account ownership, and remove account profile data where it is no longer needed. Some payment, ticket, payout, security, and dispute records may be retained where required for accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving an open transaction. We will explain any data that must be retained.

You can also start a deletion request from Profile → Request account deletion in the customer app. For privacy questions, use Help & support in the app.
